Message from the CEO
Since our company was founded in 1967, we have contributed to the development of society through work related to crane leasing and associated business, based on our mottoes of “Safety” and “Good Faith.”
In 2006, we changed our name to Saiga Co., Ltd and added three core management principles, “Community Outreach,” “Mutual Coexistence,” and “Shared Purpose,” to our two mottoes, “Safety” and “Good Faith.” This set us on a new path to becoming a company that is trusted and beloved by our customers, the local society, our employees, and their families.
Since our company’s founding, we have accumulated rich experience and high-level technical ability, as well as a fleet of hundreds of machines including an 1350-ton large-size crawler crane. We meet customer needs, while improving each individual employee, not only with technical expertise but the power to make suggestions in order to improve themselves and make contributions to society.
In this age when the makeup of the world economy is changing, we aim to make global contributions and are starting to establish and work with affiliates in Dubai in the Middle East and in Southeast Asia.

Crane Lease Dept.
Our company owns 10 – 65 ton rough terrain cranes, 120 – 550 ton all-terrains, and 35 – 1350 ton crawler cranes. We provide support for all types of crane work, from civil engineering to plant construction.
In recent years, improvements in construction methods and increases in the size of construction projects at construction sites have led to mainstream use of large sized cranes. Our company was quick to introduce 1350 ton cranes, in an effort to meet the needs of our customers.


We go to construction sites, select and cranes and make loading and unloading plans (construction plans) to meet our customers’ requests.
We put our customers’ minds at ease by always improving our technology.
We provide excellent service not only with our extensive equipment, including our 1350 ton cranes, but in soft fields, such as construction design and diagramming using heavy machinery systems.
With the Saiga work system, based on the mottoes of “Safety” and “Good Faith,” we are always highly praised by government agencies, local governments, public corporations and other public authorities, as well as bridge builders, plants, and general contractors.

We also succeeded in adopting electronic application systems early to quickly acquire special vehicle licenses.

Taking advantage of this wealth of experience, we have established an ordering system, encompassing everything from planning to implementation, to further contribute to society. Basic Health and Safety Policy
By prioritizing safety above all work, our group improves the work environment at all of our job sites, aims to be accident and disaster-free, and endeavors to create a workplace environment that promotes health through the awareness of each individual.
We operate a “Health and Safety Management System” based on the cooperation of all of our group’s employees and affiliates, and always aim to improve our standards of health and safety.

Maintenance Department
We offer maintenance and private vehicle inspections for small vehicles to large trucks and large-sized special motor vehicles.
We also offer mobile crane maintenance and inspections.


Training
Overall Safety Meeting
Our group makes the first Friday of every month “General Safety Inspection Day.” We conduct safety checks at all work sites, and hold “Overall Safety Meetings” for all employees to offer case studies of accidents, as well as analysis and countermeasures for near-miss accidents. We also collect opinions and suggestions for improvement from our employees on the front lines at work sites. Each month, teams present their goals and achievements, and lecturers from outside the company give lectures on safety.


New Employee Training
When employees enter the company, they learn the company’s management philosophy and basic policies, and learn about our overall structure by experiencing work in various departments before they are assigned to a department. After being assigned, they work together on site with senior staff to finally gain actual hands-on experience.
Training for Foreigners
We take in trainees from Vietnam to teach them vehicle maintenance and welding.Our company conducts weekly Japanese language training so that they can communicate with staff and gain enough understanding of the language to work. They also participate in externally run Japanese seminars.


Qualification Support System
Our company has a “Qualification Support System.” We actively recruit inexperienced personnel and endeavor to develop them as human resources by giving them sufficient training within the company in safety and teamwork, and having them obtain the necessary licenses and qualifications.

Philippines
- In Philippines, a lot of Construction Projects are supposed to be performed with budget of approx. 19 trillion yen to implement current President’s slogan “Build Build Build”. Those projects has been ordered with ODA of Japan, China and etc., therefore Importation of more equipment is on going to expand lineup for meeting high Market Demand.
